Production Process
We have established an integrated production system covering every stage of the manufacturing process,
from the procurement of aluminum (Al) foil and
PET film through lamination, resist printing, etching, cutting and riveting, inspection, and shipment.
Lamination and resist printing are carried out in collaboration with our partner companies. Etching is performed at our Sagamihara Plant, while cutting and riveting are carried out at our Hokkaido Plant.

Select and procure aluminum foil and PET film according to the product specifications, and prepare the materials.

Lamination and Resist Printing
（Partner Companies）
The aluminum foil and PET film are laminated and printed according to the product pattern. We work with partner companies to proceed to the etching process.

Aluminum Foil Etching（Sagamihara Factory）
The printed material undergoes an etching process to chemically remove unwanted aluminum foil, creating precise and intricate patterns.

Slitting and Crimping（Hokkaido Factory）
After the etching process, the products are slit to the required width and then crimped in accordance with the product specifications.

Inspection & Delivery
We inspect the appearance, dimensions, and other specified characteristics based on the customer’s requirements and inspection criteria. Products are shipped only after confirming that all inspection items meet the required standards.
